About Pixel
Pixel requires the following in her new home:
- An energetic desexed male dog in the home (not senior or puppy).
- Daily walks.
- Pixel is a quick learn and would love continued training as a way of bonding with her people and for the mental and physical exercise.
- No small dogs or children as in true puppy form she can get over excited.
- To be allowed inside when her people are home and to sleep inside so she can be part of the family,
What a happy puppy gorgeous Pixel has become. She loves her foster humans and dogs and her favorite things to do are playing tug of war and chasing foster brother Eddie around the yard then having a snooze together curled up on the dog bed. Pixel walks nicely in her harness and is excited to get out the front and watch the happenings in the street. Once her vaccinations are complete she will be excited to explore more new things. Car rides have been fine and on the trips around town hasn't shown any signs of car sickness. Pixel will sit happily between the other 2 dogs and wait her turn for a treat.
She is a quick learner and very athletic Pixel would love an energetic Foster brother and human family that might get her into a dog sport or agility as she gets older.
No small dogs or children at this time as Pixel is still learning and would be a bit over enthusiastic for them.
Toilet training is nearly 100% Pixel will go to the door to let you know she needs to toilet. Only little accidents have been because foster mum has been too slow to get to the door. If she has a home with a doggie door she would happily use it.
When she meets new people her whole body wriggles with pleasure.
Pixel would benefit being with an experienced dog owner family as she will try to test her boundaries but learns quickly. She hasn't been tested with cats.
Pixel is crate trained and will happily take herself to bed if she wants a quiet sleep. She loves to be with the family at night at your feet happy to be with you until bedtime and would love her own spot beside you at night.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
