About Cobber
Cobber is a short legged, stocky build, smooth coat jrt and is 15 months old.
Being young, Cobber is full of beans, active and energetic. He loves his toys. He missed out on early socialisation so the world is new and exciting but sometimes scary. He does bark for attention. Not suitable for appartment living.
Cobber has been raised on a farm with another companion dog. Although his farm life didn't expose him to everyday urban encounters he is eager to learn and he has the potential to become a great family dog with further socialization and one on one attention and training. A secure yard and fencing is a must.
He is mostly an outside dog but he does like to sleep inside at nighttime, in his indoor crate.
Cobber is suited to a home without cats as he is too interested in them.
Currently fostered in Wagga. Cobber is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and treated for worms and fleas.

Our goal is to match pets' personalities and exercise/training requirements with people whose lifestyle they are best suited to. This reduces the chances of the pet winding up in a pound again. Please don't feel offended by our adoption process, it is for everyone's and every animal's benefit:
1. Submit application for adoption (obtain at Best Friends Pet Rescue website).
2. Homechecks are conducted on short-listed approved applicant(s).
3. Best match selected according to the pet's personality and needs.
4. Successful applicant notified, and must place holding deposit while transport/pickup arrangements made.
5. Adoption transaction completed.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
