Oscar was surrendered to the shelter and is still in urgent need of a Rescue or suitable adopte. He is a typical GSD who is a natural guarder of his owner and property. He appears to be best suited to a female as he generally does not like males. He has been around children, loves to play ball and walks well on a harness. He does have slight arthritis in his lower back discs however this does not stop him from wanting to play and go on long walks. He has unfortunately never been well socialised with other dogs so he will need to be in an only dog home. He has been an inside dog and is house trained. All his vet work has been completed. OSCAR would love to be inside on the lounge or following you around outside as he is bonds quickly to his person.
