About Maia
Maia is a gentle one year old cat who was rescued by a Good Samaritan and came into care a couple of months ago. When she was found she had one eye completely missing.
She is very curious and playful and so gentle.
When she arrived in her foster home she spent the first month hiding in a box. During the last couple of weeks she has been getting braver and comes up to her carer’s bed for a snuggle. She is a little love bug who purrs whenever she is patted.
Maia is looking for a quiet home with a patient family and a safe space where she can settle in at her own pace. Once she trusts you she will reveal her absolutely sweet personality to you. She is worth the wait. Maia currently lives in a home with two male resident cats who she gets along with very well.
If you are interested in adopting Maia, please email us, send us a fb message or call us on 0404 753 227. We will help organise a meet and greet in her foster home in Lane Cove.
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven. All proceeds are going back to the pets waiting to find loving homes.
If Maia is not the cat for you, please monitor our website for your perfect match!
