About Matey
Please meet Matey, our handsome Australian Blue Cattle Dog with a kind and gentle soul. Saved from the pound kill list . At a spritely five and a half years young, Matey's character stands up to his breed's reputation for being hard-working, intelligent, and extremely loyal with a big heart.
Matey is an individual who thrives on interaction and bonding with his humans; he absolutely adores a hearty cuddle session. Indoor snuggles, outdoor adventures, this lovebug is up for anything as long as he's in good company.
One of Matey's favourite activities is going for a leisurely stroll. He's a great walking companion, appreciating the beauty of nature, sniffing here and there, and casting friendly smiles at anyone passing by. With his infectious loving nature, Matey’s sure to quickly win over the hearts of everyone he meets.
Matey is also quite the sociable character when it comes to other dogs. Particularly, he would be thrilled to have a female friend of a similar size to share his adventures with.
In the face of life's challenges, Matey remains a resilient, bright-eyed companion ready to share his love and affection with a new family. For those who value loyalty, an affectionate nature, and the cheerful companionship of a friend eager to explore life together, Matey is an exceptional match. Give him a chance, and he'll return your kindness with unwavering loyalty and love.
Not tested with cats .
