Guess who is ready to find his own forever home? Gary also known as Big G, he has had surgery to correct a heart condition called Ductus Arteriosis. There was a small vessel in his heart had not closed over within days of his birth, and his heart was pumping extra hard to move blood around his body. His surgery was successfully completed on 18/3, and he is now expected to have a normal life expectancy. Garry is a happy puppy who is looking for his very own person or family to follow around the yard and house. He enjoys starring at you lovingly and his new person must be available for copious amounts of daily pats. Garry has spent some time learning all about the joys of being able to, play fetch and chasey with the resident dogs at his foster carers house. Garry has met his foster carers resident cat and has let me know he would prefer a home without cats as she don’t seem to like his enthusiasm for putting is nose so close to her face. Garry has been enjoying short walks on lead, and exploring everything the outside world has to offer. As Garry will grow into a large dog, who is still young and learning about the world he needs someone that is willing to further his training and socialisation. That lucky person will be rewarded with the most loyal and loving dog, because at FFARL we believe paying an adoption can buy you love.
