About Tippi
Introducing Tippi!
Tippi is a Domestic Short Hair born approx 8th February 2015.
Tippi was brought into us from a hoarding situation & this sweet girl was heavily pregnant. The very next day she gave birth to 6 beautiful babies. These gorgeous kittens have grown & now been transferred to another for rehoming. After her kittens were sent off, we had 2 little orphans brought in who she bonded with immediately. Even though she no longer had any milk to offer them, she has been the perfect nurturing mum to them which has been a huge help to staff & their feeding.
Miss Tippi is missing the foot on her back left leg, but this doesn't slow her down at all.. She does need some help with scratches on her left side, as she isn't able to scratch herself.
Tippi is an incredibly affectionate girl who loves all forms of love, but neck scratches seem to be her favourite. We've recently found out that she's incredibly playful with toys, especially anything on a wand. She's also quite fond of most treats, whether they be the crunchy biscuit types, or liquid, she loves them all!
Although Tippi has come from a hoarding situation with many other cats at home, she hasn't been overly affectionate towards other adult cats, however she adores kittens. If you have a friendly adult cat at home, we would recommend a meet & greet occur before she is adopted, otherwise she would be happy being the spoilt "only child" at home.
Tippi has shown signs of prey drive towards smaller animals, especially birds, so she will need to be in a home with no pocket pets.
Tippi will be rehomed to a family who will keep her as an inside cat only.
Tippi is litter trained and would make a wonderful addition to most families.
If you think you could be that furever family for Tippi, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
Her adoption fee is $200 & this includes her desexing, vaccination and lifetime registration. She is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Tippi is currently located in East Maitland.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
