About Mavie
Mavie, a charming Standard Poodle and Great Dane mix, is a unique blend of elegance and strength wrapped up in a sensitive soul. This gentle giant finds the world a bit overwhelming, often needing time to warm up to new people and environments. However, Mavie's initial shyness gives way to a sweet and affectionate nature once she feels safe and secure. She thrives in a calm, understanding household where her sensitivity is respected, and her need for gradual introductions is met with patience and love.
When it comes to playtime, Mavie transforms into a joyful whirlwind of energy. Her favorite toys bring out a playful side that's a delight to witness, as she zooms around the yard with unrestrained enthusiasm. Her love for play is infectious, making her a wonderful companion for other dogs who can match her playful spirit. Mavie's compatibility with other pets extends to cats as well, provided they are introduced thoughtfully and gradually, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and secure.
Given her timid nature, Mavie would do best in a home with older, pet-savvy children who understand the importance of gentle interactions and respect her need for space. She is a loving and loyal companion who, once comfortable, will fill her home with warmth and joy. Mavie is ready to find a forever family who appreciates her unique personality and is willing to give her the time and attention she needs to truly blossom.
