MY PROFILE:
Meet the charming and laid-back Zen from 2nd Chance Cat Rescue. Our friend Zen has had a bumpy start, but he hasn't let that affect his sunny disposition. Despite some early neglect, this resilient young man is ready to start a new chapter in a loving home.
Zen radiates warmth, confidence, and a tranquil energy, perfectly matching his name. He's a socialite who doesn't mind mingling with other cats and has successfully shared a home with two doggie friends. He loves the company of humans and enjoys a gentle pat. When he's not charming everyone in sight, he may be a little reluctant to be picked up, always valuing independence.
Physically, Zen is in the middle of his teenage growth spurt—his lean body is still growing into its full cat form. But believe us, watching him bloom will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.
Zen's journey to full recuperation involved overcoming an early eye infection that left a mark on his appearance but not his spirit. His courage and resilience only make him more endearing, if that's even possible. His triumphant recovery is a true testament to his steadfast and sturdy character.
Imagine giving Zen the loving home he deserves. He'll fill your life with purrs, head rubs, and gentle companionship. If you're looking for a pet with a heart as big as his story, Zen is just the boy for you. Let's help Zen make a fresh and happier start towards a carefree and loved life that all cats should enjoy.

Despite his minor vision impairment, which may have left a visible scar on one eye, you'll find Zen's spirit is whole and his affection for life is immeasurable. A second Vet reviewed Zen's condition thoroughly, confirming comfortable visibility without any need for surgical procedures.
