About Grace
If you are interested in Grace, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/3bTG6XWQv49RPxJV6
Meet Grace, an easygoing greyhound with an insatiable appetite for life, love, and cuddles. Even though she's no longer in her spring chicken years, Grace has the spirit and energy of a young pup!
Grace's ideal home would feature a garden or yard enough for her to stretch her legs and do a few zoomies. She's living with other greyhounds and loves their company, but could also imagine being the star of the show in a one-dog family. She's a well-mannered lady who doesn't resort to jumping on people, making her ideal for a household with older, respectful kids.
When it comes to her other canine interactions, she hasn't been tested with different breeds of dogs, but she tends not to react during her walks. She’s also familiar with a doggy door and is toilet trained. Her city-savvy sophistication would enable her to fit in a city environment as she doesn’t mind the noise.
On her walks, Grace will occasionally "freeze" and veer off on her preferred path. But don't worry, she's in training to be a perfect leash companion and is showing great progress. She displays no signs of resource guarding or sleep startle, and she has the most adorable "helicopter tail" that wags wildly when she’s happy.
Grace is the ideal pet for first-time dog owners or those looking for an easygoing addition to their family. She’s very sociable, so you wouldn't need to worry about her being alone, and she'd make an ideal companion for an older person or a couple working from home.
Grace is an affectionate lass who loves nothing more than a good cuddle and playing with her toys. If you're ever in need of a belly rub buddy, just call Grace! She'll promptly come up for those extra loads of pats. In short, with Grace around, there’s never a dull moment, just a whole lot of tail-wagging fun!
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
