About Leonardo
Introducing Leonardo...
Leonardo's story is a bit of a sad one. This lovely boy was originally to be used for breeding and the conditions in which he was kept were less than satisfactory. Mother Nature stepped in one stormy night and allowed Leo to escape his little prison. Thankfully a good samaritan quickly noticed Leo so his time "on the run" was short lived.
Leo was pretty worried when he arrived in foster care but quickly the "bad" times became a thing of the past and Leo learned that humans also can be kind. Leo has shown us that he has a very gentle nature, placidly putting up with grooming his knots, worming and administering medications needed to bring him back to health.
Leo now craves attention and loves pats. He will hold onto your hand
and implore you to keep patting him...he flops on his back and asks for belly rubs.
It's time for Leo to settle into his forever home and he is looking for a quiet environment that will allow him time to settle in and his delightful personality to shine through. Leo is best suited to a home with adults only, he longs to be part of a family and will reward you with lots of love.
Leo doesnt have a dominant personality and has shown himself to be friendly towards other cats after slow introduction.
If you think you can offer Leo the home he deserves, please contact us to arrange a meet.
