About Gabaar
Meet Gabaar, also known as Goober or Goobs! Gabaar is Hindi for precious, and this name truly suits him. He is incredibly affectionate and has so much love to give. Gabaar is very trainable; he learns quickly and knows that calm behaviour earns treats.
One of the first things you'll notice about Gabaar is his nice puppy smell, which is a pleasant surprise for a dog his size. He's also good with being bathed, making grooming a breeze.
While Gabaar can be quite excitable, he's easily calmed down with some love and cuddles. Back and back leg massages are his favourite, and they really help him relax. Gabaar has been a cherished inside family dog, living harmoniously with two primary school-aged kids. He enjoys daily long walks and car rides, making him a great companion for outdoor activities.
At the vet and with strangers, Gabaar is well-behaved and friendly. He's not a barker or a wrecker—his toys are his favourite playthings. Gabaar gets along well with other dogs, but he can get scared if they bark at him. He absolutely loves water and will happily play in it, even sticking his head under the tap if given the chance.
One thing to note is that Gabaar can be a bit jumpy, especially because of his size. However, he's quickly learning that keeping his feet on the floor gets him the attention he craves. He also tends to pull on the lead, so a strong hand will be needed on walks.
Gabaar would thrive in a home with a big garden where he can run and play. He's super playful and always ready for a game. Gabaar loves kids and would be hapy in any household where he can play with the people or simply hang out while they watch TV. He's a good eater and enjoys earning treats.
We're looking for a calm, large breed experienced home for Gabaar. If you have the time and love to give, Gabaar will be an amazing addition to your family.
Medical notes
Gabaar is desexed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and parasite control.
