About Patti
Please let us introduce you to Patti one of the most amazing little boys that has come into care
He is a delightful little boy, with his love for his humans, his zest for life, his compatibility with all the dogs he has meet in care, great with kids etc etc. etc he's a complete package!
Patti is a 1 year and 2 month old Dachshund x Pomchi (Pomeranian x Chihuahua) and weighs 5.3kgs
Patti foster mum says that the family that gets to adopt him is going to be super lucky as he's one of the best fosters she has ever had (and that's saying something!!)
Patti (also nicknamed Radar due to one ear is always up and the other down) is a lovely boy who is the type of boy who goes with the flow no matter what is happening.
Patti would love an active lifestyle of someone who loves to go for a walk with him and even some hiking etc - anything your up for it so is he
Patti absolutely loves spending time with his family either doing activities or cuddling on the couch.
Patti loves to cuddle at night on the bed (he's so little and light you won't know he's there!)
Patti is also great with kids and loves to cuddle with them or play.
He loves to play with toys and other dogs (he is currently in care with different breeds, ages and sizes and no issue) he is such a lovely boy who loves to be friends with everyone.
Patti would love a play friend that he can do zoomies with, play with, snuggle with and go for walks with.
Patti is also cat friendly
Patti has great listening skills and loves to learn and please his humans - he is one smart little cookie
Patti has great toilet manners and will happily go outside.

All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now
Please note - We don't take calls on adoption enquiries - an application must be completed
We can also be found at https://www.facebook.com/pawprintscanine/
Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
