About Charlie-Bear
Meet the adorable Charlie-Bear
He is a 12-month-old mini Poodle. He is a highly social and active little guy. He loves playing, is great with dogs, is good with cats, and is gentle with children. He plays all day and is super affectionate to his humans. He loves to be held and sleeps on the bed. He will except nothing less than being a spoilt poodle.
Charlie Bear will be a great family member for someone who is social in a busy household where he can spend time with other dogs. He is clever and would love his new family to teach him lots of new fun tricks and games. Charlie does not do well when left alone, he prefers to be with other dogs and humans all the time or will be quite upset.
Charlie is still learning toilet training and will need consistent reminders to go out/ be take out, to help him learn to master this. He is a bit of a princess and tries to avoid being out in the cold to toilet.
Being a poodle, Charlie Bear has high grooming needs and will need to see a dog groomer every six weeks all year round. Anyone interested in adopting Charlie will need to consider this expense.
It is a condition in our adoption agreement that all our dogs are to be taken through obedience training to ensure they reach their full potential.

** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
