About Ragnar
Let me introduce myself, my name is Ragnar, I needed to have a big name, as apparently I have a very tiny head, according to my foster mummy. When I need to go somewhere I do need to psych myself up so I will let off a little prrrrrtttt sound which helps me get moving.
I am quite a nosey wee cat, so one of my favourite places to sleep is at the top of the cat tower in my foster mummy’s office. I have claimed this space right from when I arrived, and the other fosters have just had to put up with this. I love it as it has the perfect view of the street, the neighbours and all the comings and goings from the house.
My favourite toy is the laser pointer, that red dot has insulted my kind for generations, and I will destroy it one day. When I play with it, I get super serious and super focused that I sprint from one end of the house to the other and skid around corners, and if other foster kittens are in the way I will run over the top of them.
I love to meet visitors at the door when they come over, so as soon as I hear someone on the stairs, I run to the door to greet them, and maybe sneak in a couple of pats in the entry if I am in the mood. I am not always a lap cat but I do occasionally like to curl up on my foster mummy’s lap. I do love pats and I will come running if I am called to get them. I will jump up next to my Hooman and look at her lovingly as she gives me pats.
There are a few things that make me unique. The first thing is that I am a very compact cat, I am about the size of a 6 – 7 month-old cat and I am fully grown, so I look so little next to the other adult cats in the house. The second thing is that I have out of control whiskers, no matter how hard my foster mummy ties to get them straight and nice looking, I look like I have rolled out of bed after a hard night.
If you think you need a compact cat who knows what is going on in the neighbourhood that follows you into the bathroom, I am the definitely the cat for you.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
