About Bella
Meet Bella, a lovely female Cocker Spaniel who is two and a half years young. She is an enchanting companion, shining through with her unique blend of shy charm and eagerness for love.
Bella is still a young lady, and with youth comes the excitement of learning. She is responsive and attentive, ideally suited to further basic and lead training. Imagine the sunny afternoon walks with this beauty by your side, leisurely exploring the great outdoors together.
Companionable by nature, Bella gets along wonderfully with dogs her own size, making her an excellent candidate for a family already graced with a canine compatriot. She does seem a little nervous around cats, though, so a feline-free home would be the best fit for her. Bella's timid nature slowly melts away with gentle pats and kind words, revealing a full, soft heart eager for companionship.
At her happiest, Bella is lounging around with another friendly dog, their shared company comforting and reassuring. A home where she can have a doggy friend would do wonders for her confidence. Bella adores her playtime with her peers but also cherishes the quieter moments, whether that's settling down for a gentle brush or beaming up at you with those loving eyes.
In summary, Bella is a sweet-natured soul who, with a little guidance and a lot of love, can blossom further within a caring and understanding family. She would fit best in a loving home with company to help bring her out of her shell and into her radiant full potential. If you are patient and willing to invest some time and love, Bella will reward you infinitely with her loyalty and affection.
Medical notes
Bella had a dental scale and clean under GA.
Vets noted a yeast infection in both ears which is being treated with PMP drops twice daily for two weeks until resolved.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
