About Cathy
Cathy, or, Catherine, Princess of Windsor as she prefers for formal occasions, is a beautiful, sweet young lady 💕.
Always happy to see you, the sight of her humans has her bounding with glee – what a way to be welcomed home❣️
Cathy is more than happy to spend the day relaxing when there aren’t humans around, cozying up on her bed, or just sprawling out in the yard and soaking up the rays. She’s great at entertaining herself and very well behaved.
Cathy is friendly to other dogs, and, whilst she hasn’t been fully introduced yet to her foster mum’s cats, they have met through the screen and she hasn’t displayed much interest in those small furry things that have free reign of the house. Cathy loves a good brushing and is happy for you to pat her all over. She will very quickly roll over and display her belly for all the belly rubs you’re willing to give.
Cathy is still learning some manners when walking on a lead as she is just SO EXCITED for her second chance at life. Walking home always shows an improvement once she’s had a chance to sniff all those smells.
If you’re looking for a ball of love, then this sweet girl might just be the one for you!
Best with children over 12 years.
Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need-Brisbane website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. Our emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
