About Molly
Introducing Molly, or as she is known around Little Paws, Molly the Magnificent or Princess Floof. You may be able to pick it from her photos, but if you can’t, she is actually a Siberian cat.
Siberian cats originated in Russia and were a forest cat, so she has a very luxurious coat as a breed and Molly is no exception. She absolutely loves the company of others, that can be people or other cats. She is an affectionate cat who likes to be around people. When she is happy, she purrs up a storm and she does turn it on as soon as she starts getting pats. She happily follows her foster carer around when she is in the room looking at her with her big eyes and showing off her exceptionally fluffy tail to make sure that she gets all the pats that she can.
She is a very smart cat and quite athletic and has very powerful back legs, you will see her jump effortlessly onto cat towers and land not making a sound. She loves to climb the cat towers, explore her environment and of course play. As Siberians do not mature until they are about 5 years old, she still has a bit more of a kitten nature to her than an adult cat, so will need to have toys to keep her stimulated and a tall cat tower for climbing would be a dream for her.
Her new owner will have to understand that she will need a little bit of help with her grooming as an amazing coat does require a bit of brushing, but she will reward you when you brush her with gentle nudges and her looking at you with gratitude.
If you think this floofy princess is the cat for you please contact her foster carer.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
