Meet Axel 🥰

Axel, the Maltese pup, will make your heart melt. He has an enthusiasm for life and is excited to get out there and meet his new family. He is full of personality and will make your day full of laughter.

Axel loves playing outside with the resident children - tug-a-war is his favourite! He loves to run a lot and is looking for an active family with a good size yard who will play with him to enrich his day. He sleeps inside each night cuddling up in his bed.

Axel has taught himself to stand on his hind legs and hop around like a bunny 🐰

Axel is still young and will require ongoing basic training. He is a little scattered when walking on a lead so this will also need some practice. He has been very good at toileting outside.

Due to his energetic nature Axel is not suited to an elderly owner.

Axel's ideal family would have another playful dog who can tolerate a young pup but this is not essential. He has met cats and apart from being a little loud when saying hello he would likely be fine with a confident cat who will teach him what is suitable behaviour around them.

Axel will require regularly grooming so please factor these costs into your decision to apply.
