Meet Zac, the 'dream dog' as defined by his foster carer. Zac's good nature and friendly demeanor are sure to charm everyone he meets. Not only is he fantastic with other dogs, but he also gets along smoothly with cats, birds and is wonderful with children. He has an affable personality which is sure to make you fall instantly in love with him.
He has the great reputation of not being a barker, neither indulging in any sort of digging. Zac is fully housetrained and is so well behaved inside. Walking with Zac is a sheer pleasure, he behaves beautifully on a lead. So much so, that the carer's young daughter walks him without any hassles. This easy-going companion loves car journeys and will be an excellent travel buddy for any road trips.
Familiar surroundings or new environments, nothing seems to unnerve him, making him a 'bomb-proof' rescue dog. His congenial temperament allows him to adapt to almost any household. Zac would need a home with either high fencing or colourbond fencing as he is capable of jumping lower fences. But in case you need to leave him alone, Zac is more than content to hang out inside.
Zac treasures companionship, both that of people and other dogs alike. His loyalty and affection are his gifts to those who shower him with love. In terms of health, he is desexed, and his vaccinations are up-to-date, including C5 vaccination and treatments for fleas, ticks, and worms.

We were told Zac is a Tibetan Spaniel Mix ? He probably has some spaniel/terrier mix going on - he has a lovely coat like a spaniel so will need some brushing. He is about 10/11 kgs in weight.

For dog applications, a yard check will be required or yard and fencing photos supplied. A meet and greet is advisable if you have other animals. We offer a two week trial period to ensure the animal is the perfect fit for your family before adoption is finalised. The adoption fee is payable at commencement of trial period but can be refunded if it doesn't work out.
