About Kira
I am a sweet lady who enjoys gentle pats to start with. Once I am comfortable with you I will be an affectionate lap cat with loud purrs. I am a bit shy and overwhelmed in the shelter environment but will cope better in a home if given time to adjust and settle in.
Even though I am an older lady I still have my playful moments at times with my toys.
I don't want to share with other cats, I prefer to have all your love! I previously lived with a small dog and an elderly owner so I am looking for a quiet home to relax and retire in.
Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

Mon: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Tues: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Wed: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Thurs: 12.30pm-5:00pm
Fri: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Sat: Open Fortnightly
May 4th 9am-12:00pm
May 18th 9am-12:00pm
Sun: CLOSED
For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours. Please call us to arrange a time.
