Hi! I'm Ashbie, a rabbity youngster in the SAFE program.
I’m in foster care at the moment (with Mumma rabbit), and having a great time! I'm learning to use a litter tray - yes I'm really that clever!
I’ve been vet checked and now I'm ready for a permanent home. Check out my photos to see how gorgeous I really am!
Want to know how to keep a bunny happy? We rabbits need a calm, stress free environment, so suit adult owners or gentle children. We like to spend most of their time with our Loved Ones, with just a bit of outside time if it’s good weather. We don’t cope well with heat, so when it’s hot, keep me inside with the air conditioner on. A healthy rabbit diet includes good quality hay, vegetables, leafy greens, fruit, seeds, roots and herbs. I'll love it if you build playground tunnels with different levels to jump on, hide away and dig in, especially if you change it around from time to time. Sticks and bark are great to chew on. It's important for me to have at least four hours a day to roam freely around the house or bunny secured yard.
