Meet the lovely Flick!
This young lass is super smart and learns quickly. She would suit an active person who is willing to spend time with her and meet her needs for physical and mental stimulation. She is one very sweet girl who is also very independent. Flick is currently learning to walk with a halti on and is picking it up very quickly.
Flick has never had an accident in her crate or in the house and will whine to let you know she needs to go.
Flick is fine with horses and livestock and has previously worked cattle. She is also dog and cat friendly; with dogs she may growl initially but after a walk together she’s fine with them.
Due to her background Flick hasn't met many people and can be nervous at first meeting however she is getting much better and is good with females but still nervous around males. Once introduced she warms up to new people and soaks up all the pats.
Flick is happy being home alone but does prefer the company of another dog. She loves to play with her toys and can sometimes chew things she shouldn’t. Flick would also suit a quiet home while she settles as she gets very scared and hides when voices get raised.
Flick is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative), and given flea/tick/worm prevention.
