About Evie
***WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FOSTER CARERS TO HELP US OUT SO IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PROVIDE A TEMPORARY HOME FOR ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL CATS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE MORE CARERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE TO LEND A HAND THE MORE CATS WE CAN HELP REHOME***
This little lady is so incredibly adorable it's not even fair. As soon as you see those big beautiful eyes and that gorgeous tabby coat you will be instantly in love.
Little Evie can be a little bit shy at first but becomes incredibly loving once she gets to know you. Once she's had a moment to settle she will turn into an adorable purring machine that follows you everywhere, loves to play, loves to cuddle and who will fall asleep next to your pillow
When she first arrived Evie would just hid behind the couch with her little head poking out, watching my comings and goings, and ducking for cover whenever I approached. But after a bit of time she started to grow in confidence and suddenly I found her sitting next to me one day when I was working. Now she never leaves me alone.
As a write this Evie is sitting on my computer desk purring away, looking adorable and demanding attention with those big eyes and her cute little meow. Wherever I go she's never far away. She's transformed from a shy little thing to a beautiful little lady that absolutely loves human attention.
If you're looking for an overly loving companion then Evie is the cat for you. She loves a pat and a scratch, will rub up against your legs, and will always park herself not too far away. If you're sitting on the couch she will be there next to you, if you're working at your desk she will find a spot to watch you work and, if you're lying on your bed flicking through your phone she will be there hoping to get a pat and when you go to sleep at night you'll most likely wake up the next morning to find her sound asleep next to your pillow.
Evie isn't sure about being picked up yet but we're working on it every day and making progress. She's registered as a tabby but I wouldn't be surprised if she's got a bit of Bengal in her looking at those beautiful markings.
Evie is also very energetic and playful, is great with other cats and would do well in a household that already has a feline that she can get into mischief with. She is definitely a very social little lady.
Evie is approximately 8 months old and has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous little lady with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with her.

Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with a shop front and multiple staff, it a is a very small, one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. All donations received and every cent from adoptions fees goes straight back to the cats in the form of food, litter, toys and vet bills. Meet and greets are by appointment only.
