About Buffy
Introducing Buffy, a sweet four-year-old female Kelpie mix who came to us very underweight. We've been diligently working on her nutrition, and she's starting to show improvements, gaining a bit of weight and looking healthier. However, Buffy will need an owner who is committed to continuing her weight journey to ensure she reaches a comfortable and appropriate weight.
Despite her past challenges, Buffy is a small-statured dog with a big heart. She's affectionate, energetic, and great with other dogs. Buffy is very handler-focused, making her a joy to train and be around.
If you're ready to give Buffy the care and attention she needs to thrive, she could be the perfect addition to your family. Thank you for considering her!
Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

Wed: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Thurs: 12.30pm-5:00pm
Fri: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Sat: Open Fortnightly
May 4th 9am-12:00pm
May 18th 9am-12:00pm
Sun: CLOSED
For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours. Please call us to arrange a time.
