Liquorice

Hello, lovely humans! My name is Liquorice, and I'm a young kitten with a heart full of curiosity and a hint of timidity.

When I first arrived at the shelter, I was quite shy and uncertain about this big, new world. Loud noises and sudden movements tend to send me into hiding, so I'll need to find a home that's calm and quiet, without any kids under 15.

It took me a while to warm up at the shelter, and it might take me some time to adjust to my new home too. So, I ask for your patience and understanding as I find my footing in this unfamiliar environment.

I have a knack for finding cozy hiding spots, so please make sure there are plenty available for me to retreat to when I need some quiet time. And speaking of quiet, I'll thrive best in a household where my new owner has experience with cats and is familiar with their behavior and needs. Doing some research on cat behavior before adopting me would be a paw-some idea too!

Currently, I'm on behavior medication to help me cope with the stresses of shelter life. But don't worry, upon adoption, you'll receive a free vet consult where you can discuss the possibility of weaning me off this medication in the comfort of my new home.
