About Lily
Looking for a loving, loyal friend who is eager to please? Meet Lily! This beautiful girl has a heart full of love for everyone she meets. She's overcome her time in the pound and has blossomed into a playful and loving dog.
Lily enjoys her training sessions and has been making steady progress. She is a joy to train as she loves to please her handler. Her intelligence and willingness to learn means with ongoing training, Lily will make an awesome family dog.
Lily is best suited in a house where there are no pocket pets. She would be an ideal fit for a family with older kids where she can get tons of affection and playtime to keep her engaged and happy.
So, if you've been seeking a loving, loyal and eager-to-please friend, Lily could be the girl you've been searching for.

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: friendsofthepound.com/adoption-apply
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on the cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten. and 15-20 years for a puppy.
