About Keem
*In foster care in Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney*
Sweet tuxedo boy Keem is bubbling over with affection, despite being a bit reserved at first! You can tell he's a massive smooch at heart :) Once comfortable in his environment, he adores pats and cuddles and has the kindest, most precious soul.
Keem might take some time to adjust to his new home - but it's worth every minute of the wait! As soon as he realises he can trust you he'll start purring up a storm and following you around for playtime, treats or a nice nap on your lap. In fact, naps are one of his favourite things! But if you wake him with one of his favourite toys, he's very engaged and you get a great glimpse of his cheeky side :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Keem is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: As an adaptable sort of guy, I tend to take life as it comes! I'm pretty independent so I'd be purrfectly happy as a solo cat, and wouldn't mind if you're out at work all day. But if you have another nice kitty for me to pal around with, I'd be equally pleased! - and I also love company, so if you're home a lot that'd be awesome too :)
I'm still growing in confidence and like to follow my foster brother's lead; but given enough time and patience I'm sure I'll flourish into a confident little explorer.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Big couch potato over here!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I can be a reserved, so I'd likely feel overwhelmed by small children. Older kids of at least school age (10+) will be the best match for me!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along very well with my feline foster brother! Dogs, though... I haven't met any of those, but I have a feeling they might be a bit full-on for my tastes.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
