MY PROFILE:

Hackett along with his siblings (all who have been adopted) was found near a swimming pool (hence the name). He is a quiet boy, he recently has only started to relax in his environment, even though he has been here since March 2024. He is an observer and is very playful, loves being patted, having chin scratches and the odd cuddle. He sleeps with his Carer at night. He will start off shy but given a chance he will settle and become your charming boy. He has also started head butting and snuggling up to the carer’s German Shepherd which shows how affectionate he can be.

Located in Patterson Lakes

As of 1st August 2025, our adoption fees will be adjusted to help cover rising vet and care costs. The new fees are as follows:

Kittens (1 vaccination): $400
Kittens (2 vaccinations): $450
Adult & Adolescent Cats (9+ months): $280
Breed cats will be listed with a separate adoption fee based on their individual profile.

Change of ownership is included in the adoption fee.

Thank you for your ongoing support in helping us care for and rehome the many cats and kittens that come through our rescue.

All 2nd Chance Cat Rescue cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and come with a take home pack. We transfer the change of Ownership free of charge into your name.
