About Kora
Hi my name is Kora.
I am a very energetic girl who loves lots of play time and belly scratches. I’ve been playing chasey, fetch and tug a war with my foster siblings.
I have been trying lots a different things like sand, grass, water play both sea and puppy pool and different environments and sounds. I love a cuddle after a day of exploring.
I am a great sleeper with a bit of encouraging.
I’m currently living with 2 other dogs and 3 cats which I find interesting.
I love everyone I meet males, females, big, small and I especially love other fur friends.
I am doing really good at toilet training. I have just started walking on a loose lead which I still need support with. I am a typical puppy I will need lots of attention, exercise, mental stimulation and basic training, lots of play time and lots of things to chew on and when all this is done I will need lots of cuddles and I love cuddles.
I’m currently loosing my puppy teeth and getting my big girl teeth so I’m a little mouthy at the moment.
I am really excited to find that special person to love unconditionally and share forever with.

Medical notes
Kora has been vet checked, microchipped, and had flea and worm treatment. She has had her first vaccination and will be due for a booster in a few weeks.
Kora is currently too young to desexed, she will be required to attend one of our approved vets at 6 months of age to have this done.
All remaining vet work is covered by the adoption fee and must take place at one of our approved vets

* Please note, this is not a contract or agreement of any kind, only expression of interest in our dog. We will not conduct any meet and greets unless this form has been filled out and submitted for review. Only approved applicants will get to meet our dogs. *
Once approved you will be contacted by a team member and can organise a time best suited to meet with the carer and dog. If you have other dogs they must also be at the meeting, including any children in the immediate family.
Before applying please consider the following:
• real estate approval if renting
• any fencing repairs that may need to be done
• outside shelter
• breed knowledge
• do you have enough time for the breed of dog you are applying for?
If you and the dog get along, you have to option of taking the dog on the spot (at this time you will need to pay the full adoption price and sign the adoption agreement) You will then get a 2-week trial with the dog, during this time should things not work out you are to return the dog to Dusty Paws Dog Rescue. You will then receive a full refund; less $50 admin fee within 7 business days of the return of the dog.

Please also keep in mind that we are a volunteer run rescue which means we don’t have someone manning the phone 24/7, we all work full time jobs and get back to your calls and messages as soon as we can. We thank you for your time and patients with us.
