Hi there, my name is Bugs!

I came into the shelter as a stray at a tiny 500 grams, and I went straight into foster care with one of the lovely staff here at the shelter until I was big enough to find my forever home. In foster care I shared a home with a dog, so I would be suitable to go home with a doggy friend as long as they are friendly with me! I have also interacted well with other kittens in the shelter so a home with other feline friends would be great, as long as they are nice to me too! Please note that I have had cat flu, so this needs to be taken into consideration when thinking of adopting me if you have other felines.

It took me a while to get some confidence, but now I am a bold young boy who enjoys giving and receiving plenty of attention to my favourite humans. Due to me being an "in your face" kind of fellow and love to help with whatever you are doing I will need a home with kids over 15 years old. I will feel most comfortable if my human starts me off in a small, private area until I gather my thoughts and get used to my homes new smells and sounds before exploring the rest of the house. I would absolutely love a large scratching post and lots of interactive toys so that I can be encouraged to do all my natural kitten behaviours. Also, a comfortable bed or cubby in a nice safe spot to relax would be just the best!

My adoption fee includes myself, my desexing, microchip, a health check by a veterinarian and I'm up to date with my vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments.
