Cat Scope : Good with her older foster siblings but would enjoy another young friend to play chasey with.

Child Scope : May be OK with gentle older children but I startle easily.

ABOUT
Maisie came from a less than ideal situation and had spent most of her life in a cage with minimal handling. Considering her background she has come a long way since being in foster care and loves snuggling up with her foster mum and playing with her foster siblings and her toys. She may be 2 but she runs around like a kitten, chasing her crinkle balls and springs and doing zoomies. During the day, like most cats, she enjoys snoozing in the sun.
Her foster siblings are both seniors, though young at heart, but Maisie would do well with a younger kitty to play and be silly with.
Surprisingly Maisie has pretty good manners but she is still very kittenish when it comes to exploring her boundaries eg gently testing things with her teeth, being politely pushy checking out what the humans are eating etc However she responds really well to a gentle “uh uh” to let her know that it is undesirable behaviour.
Maisie needs a calm, patient human who will continue to work with her to build her confidence, especially in regards to meeting new people and being handled. She is such a sweet girl and once she trusts someone she lays on the love pretty thickly 😊
