Hey there, our names are Rupert and Oz! We and our siblings make up the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" litter – and we're sweet and calm little slayers!

We were surrendered to a local vet for euthanasia after being born to a stray mumma. We were so lucky, the vet contacted SCA and with the help of one of the amazing vet nurses who agreed to foster us, we were all squeezed into care! I have been loving my time in care, and I am learning that I can trust humans to love and care for me. 🥰

I'm Rupert and I'm a sweet, snuggly, curious little guy. My foster mum says I am a confident kitty with a very loud purrrr! I have come such a long way since being in foster care, and live for smooches and snuggles with my humans.

My brother Oz is also a sweet guy, but a little reserved and doesn't seek a lot of attention. He's still learning that he can trust his humans, and that pats are really nice! I would love to find a home with my brother, as I help him feel safe. I'm sure he'll continue to grow in confidence and will be seeking snuggles (like me!) in no time.

We both get along great with our fur siblings and love to play. Oz can be a little shy when it comes to meeting new fur friends but we've come a long way since being in care, and I'm sure that with proper introductions we'd get along great with your existing fur family if you have one. 💗 So we can have the best possible start to our new life together, be sure to follow the resources in the email from SCA Qld to help properly introduce me to my new fur sibling/s.

We love our food and like to stay hydrated, so you'll see us by the water bowl (and the fountain, if you have one)! We are great with using our litter trays too.

We really are wonderful little cats who've already grown so much in confidence. We are still learning to feel safe so we'd be better suited to a calm environment, at least while we settle in.
