About Sophie
With her adorable teddy bear-esque features, delightful manners and sweet personality, Sophie really is the perfect companion! She’s friendly (but not needy), loves a pat and is fully housetrained.
Soph is a well-built cavalier lady (approx 11kg) who would suit both families or an individual; most importantly though she would do best where someone was home quite a bit or where she had another dog for company.
Sophie gets along well with dogs of all sizes. She’s calm on meeting new dogs and shows no aggression or nastiness towards others. While untested with cats, chooks or pocket pets we don’t expect her to take issue as Soph much prefers to do her own thing which includes a lot of napping. She’s also very gentle and friendly towards children.
Sophie is toilet trained and used to spending much of her time indoors. She is happy sleeping in her dog bed at night and walks well on a lead.
Her coat is low maintenance and the occasional brush or trip to the groomer's during Summer is all she would need.
This outgoing, gentle girl would be a well-suited new addition to a family/person that can provide her with the love and attention she deserves. She’s just a really lovely girl who is ready to go- all the hard work is done.
She is currently housed in Orange, NSW, and she's busting to make someone's life happier with her delightful presence.
If you can offer Soph a kind, loving, caring home please send an enquiry through via Pet Rescue telling us a bit about yourself, your home and your lifestyle.
Medical notes
Sophie is in excellent health- fully vaccinated and desexed.

Tell us about the home and lifestyle you can offer Sophie.
We are interested in your family situation (who is in your family) their work/study hours, how long the dog would be left alone during a typical week.
What you can offer a dog in terms of activities, outings and training.
If you have other pets - in lots of cases we look favourably on a home with an existing dog or the possibility of adding another dog at a later stage (the exception would be if the dog being rehomed is not so good with other dogs).
