About Penn and Theo
*In foster care in Drummoyne, Sydney*
Tabby boy Penn and grey boy Theo are a bonded brother duo looking for a wonderful home with a single person, couple, or family with school-aged kids!
Penny is an escape artist - the first of his litter to explore higher ground and find his way over the pet gate :) He's smart, fast and always ready for a wand game. Always the leader of the pair, and speaks for the both of them too! He has delightful conversations with his carers and the resident cats, though he's not particularly vocal or loud. Oh, and he's got the sweetest bobtail!
Theo is the milder of the two, and enjoys short periods of being carried like a baby. He's the only one of his litter with a full tail and he proudly shows it off :) He loves a gentle belly rub when he’s sleepy, and he’ll stretch and adjust himself while you’re at it, so you can get just the right spot.
Penny and Theo are very close and can often be found huddled together when they're not rolling around in play. Double the cuteness and the fun! Both kittens enjoy being brushed and are learning to accept nail trimming. They respect furniture, fingers, cables, and keyboards. They’re sleep trained as well.
We love the way they lean on each other for companionship, courage and play!
Like all Maggie's pets, Penelope and Theo are microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

OUR IDEAL HOME: ... will be with humans who'll have time to play with us every day!
We'd like lots of toys and scratching options please, and places to climb. A cat tree would be ace!
OUR ENERGY LEVEL: Moderate, really, compared to other cats our age. But compared to adult cats we're a whirlwind of activity!
OUR SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though we haven't met any children at this stage, we're very adaptive to changes in environment and new people. With careful introductions, we're likely to do well with kids of at least school age (6+).
OUR SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: We're smitten with the two resident cats in our foster home! Penny in particular is a social butterfly :)
We haven't had the chance to meet any dogs yet.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
