About Ivy
*In foster care in Ashfield, Sydney*
With her playful yet chill purrsonality, Ivy is the ideal kitten companion!
Her gorgeous ginger highlights will immediately catch your eye, and her big, beautiful brown eyes will capture your heart. Sometimes a bit shy on first meeting, she quickly warms up and is soon keen as a bean to commandeer your arms or your lap for a nap, purring away happily :)
Ivy enjoys amusing herself with her toys, especially smacking ping pong balls around and leaping after the feather wand! Tag and hide-and-seek are her preferred games when it comes to hanging out with the resident cat in her foster home.
And after all the fun and hijinks are over, she adores settling down in the sun for a nice long nap.
Like all Maggie's pets, Ivy is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... would be with another cat for sure, but I'd also be perfectly content as a solo act.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm very laid-back by nature, though the odd pounce or chase is good for the spirits!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't met any children, but I am a little shy and might find kids under the age of 6 a bit scary.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I like to play with and follow the resident cat around the house, so I'd definitely enjoy living with another friendly feline full-time!
I haven’t had any experience with dogs at this stage.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
