**THIRD TIME'S THE CHARM**

Hi, I'm HD2827 Tomodachi!
My foster mum calls me Tomo
I'm a full-on dude who gets on well with other dogs and loves to play.
I've been returned twice to the pound due to being unfulfilled and in need of a bit more attention than anyone has been willing to give me (but I'm not asking for that much).
Back in care, I promise I've been no problem when given some grace to be myself (a dog).

Some of the things I like to do in my spare time:
Chewing on sticks and palm fronds
Digging shallow holes to keep cool
Playing with the sprinkler, I absolutely LOVE the water.

If you have a fancy garden, I will probably try and redecorate it to suit me.
Don't let my sad past fool you, I am full of love and want to be friends with everyone I meet!
I'm not scared of anything, big storms and rain don't bother me!
You can feed me by hand without losing a finger, and I've recently discovered the joy of a big juicy bone!
I've learned pretty quickly that jumping up doesn’t make me very popular, but my new family will have to keep working on that with me.
My foster mum said I am super intelligent, confident and independent, all I need is more time and a dedicated hooman who doesn't mind if I don't listen ALL the time.

I am a bit of a chunky shar pei mix, mum says I'm almost fully grown now and will stay a large-medium size, but apparently I need to lose a couple of kg.

Mum says my ear are painted on, and I'm "an energetic dog with super independent personality traits who hasn’t been trained or stimulated and has entertained myself".
She says I will suit someone who likes a bit of challenge. Definitely not an inexperienced first time owner or someone who isn’t prepared for my ultra-independence. She says I'm probably too stubborn and ignorant for someone who wants a dog to take camping or do leisurely off leash beach walks, but on a long leash I'd LOVE to go out more.
My extra bounce makes me too big and silly for small or timid children, so only older kids and teens please!
I think I have oodles of character, if you want a dog who can think for themselves and make you laugh with my shenanigans, look no further!
