About Sylvester
Introducing Sylvester!
Sylvester is a domestic short hair born approx 22nd October 2021.
Sylvester has been with us for a few weeks now. He was brought into us as a "feral street cat", however this is very much not the case. Sylvester has clearly been someone's beloved pet, but unfortunately he wasn't microchipped & no one came looking for him.
Sylvester is an incredibly affectionate & sweet boy. He loves everyone he meets & loves a cuddle. He doesn't mind being carried around on your shoulder, but his favourite things are rubbing his face into your hand for scratches and tempting you with his belly.. sometimes he loves a belly rub, sometimes he just wants you to look at how cute & fluffy it is!
While Sylvester was picky with his cat friends when he first came in, he's now living with 6 other cats adult cats & he gets along great with all of them. He would be suitable to live with other adult cats or be the spoilt "only child" at home.
At this time we are still recommending he not be rehomed with small kittens.
Sylvester will be rehomed to a family who will keep him as an inside cat only.
Sylvester is litter trained and would make a wonderful addition to most families.
If you think you could be that furever family for Sylvester, please contact our friendly staff via email at ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com or 0499 900 272 to organise a meet and greet.
His adoption fee is $200 & this includes his desexing, vaccination and lifetime registrations. He is also regularly treated for fleas and worms.
Sylvester is currently located in East Maitland and he is looking forward to meeting you.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the shelter in the Hunter Valley.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
