Meet Buddy, a resilient and affectionate pup seeking a forever home. Despite past challenges, Buddy's upbeat nature shines through, making him an ideal match for an active home.
Buddy's playful and social demeanor makes him a joy to be around. He easily befriends both humans and other dogs, preferring rough and tumble play over conflict. He can be a little shy at first when meeting new people but will show his true colours in no time, lapping up attention and cuddles.
Buddy can jump up when he is excited but his foster carers are working on training him out of that. He has started crate training (in progress) and is learning new commands like 'down'. He is ok on the lead but will require further training as he stops a lot, being a bit unsure in new surroundings.
Buddy needs a home where a family will give him the time to trust again. He gains confidence with other dogs around and is recommended to be in a home with another dog however he is very adaptable. He loves his humans and wants to know what you are up to, and is eager to please. His easy going nature makes him an excellent fit for couples or individuals seeking a fun-loving companion.
Buddy may look like a tiger but is a sweetheart who deserves another chance in a loving home.
Buddy is $350 to adopt and comes desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative) and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.
