Yo, what's up? Name’s Alfie, but my humans call me "Chicken Alfredo." I’m not just your average cat—I’m a feline fitness fanatic with a muscular chest. I’m all about those gains, whether it’s chasing my foster bro around or perfecting my pounce form. Booty rubs? Yeah, those are like my post-workout massage, and I’m all in.

I’m an explorer, always on a quest for the cosiest nap spots, which I treat like my recovery days. My unique markings and beauty spot? Let’s just say, I’m as handsome as I am ripped. Hello ladies ;) Meal time is protein time—I’ll remind you with my meows that it's time to refuel. And when it’s cheat day? You better believe I’m all about that ham. 🥓

Morning snuggles are how I get my pre-workout stretch in. I spend my days napping in the sun, conserving energy for my evening zoomie session, which is my cardio.

MY IDEAL HOME: I’d prefer to have a workout buddy—another cat to keep me on my toes. I’m cool with you going out to work, just make sure you’re down for some evening training—aka playtime.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Medium-low—think of me as the gym bro who loves to lift but also appreciates a good rest day on the couch.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids aged 10+ are cool; I’m down for some light wrestling.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along with my foster bro, but I’m a bit protective of my protein (food) and toys, so maybe give me my own space at first. I haven’t met any dogs yet, but I’m open to new training partners.
