About Tux
Introducing Tux, an irresistible bundle of fur, full of fun and cuddles. First things first: Tux is a bit of a hidden treasure. He starts off a bit shy but don't be fooled, he's just taking his time to get to know you. Once he's built that trust, Tux transforms into a lovebug who just can't resist sharing his love for humans.
Born on the 21st of October, 2023, Tux is a charming cat who has an uncanny knack for singing and playing. He was born in a large colony of cats, but time and love have shown him that life can also be full of warmth and nurturing. You can't help but fall in love with his beautiful markings and affectionate personality.
Tux adores his two siblings, Ash and Chip, and wouldn't mind sharing a new family with either one of them. But don't worry, he's equally content to be your one-and-only, filling your home with his lovely, playful presence. With a strong bond to his human family, Tux urges you to buckle up for endless play sessions, cuddles, and companionship.
We have promised Tux a future full of love, safety, warmth. He loves to share his space with other kitties and would undoubtedly make a brilliant companion for a respectful family. Tux would be a fine addition to a calm household, either as an indoor-only cat or with access to a cat enclosure.
Tux comes to you microchipped, desexed, toilet-trained, tattooed, vaccinated, and most importantly, brimming with love. In his foster home in Aldinga with Ally, he has been well cared for, and he can't wait to settle into a fun, stimulating, and loving new family.
Adoption details
To adopt a cat or kitten please send an email to hayleybarton@live.com to arrange a suitable time for a meet and greet or come to our Adoption Event which is on the 2nd weekend at Pet Barn Melrose Park from 11am to 3pm and on the last weekend of the month at Pet Barn Noarlunga from 11am to 3pm
Once adopted you will have a two week settling in period before the adoption is finalised. As a rescue we would like our cats to be kept inside only or have access to a secure outdoor enclosure/run.
We have a program called Foster to adopt a timid kitty. this is for our shy Cats that need a chance. We give you 6 months with the cat and in that time if you decide to adopt , then the cost of the cat is the price of transferring the microchip. We will advise which cats are in this program.
