About Bruno - 2 Year Old Great Dane X Bull Arab

Meet our Bruno, a 2-year-old Great Dane X Bull Arab who has blessed us with his presence. This boy has everything you need in a doggy best friend.
Bruno is a charming lad. He offers his affections to all who visit his shelter kennel. We always see Bruno cuddled up next to a volunteer, getting a good belly rub or offering his hugs and kisses in thanks.
He knows to sit and wait. He will sit and wait for his food on command. He is eager to please and very food orientated, it makes him a great dog to train more skills and tricks.
He loves to run around the yard and chase a ball but don't expect it to be brought back!
Bruno is a big boy, weighing in at over 40kgs of muscle and good looks. He is strong on the lead and will need owners capable of managing his strength. His leash skills have room for improvement and ongoing training would be needed.
Bruno is dog selective. He would be best suited as an only dog household as he is very affectionate and a bit of an attention hog. He is not comfortable in busy environments ie dog parks/beaches, high traffic areas and would need to go to a home which understands this. He is not suitable for a home with cats.
He is looking for a forever home which includes a single, couple or family with older children more than 14 years of age.
Brunos' new home will need secure minimum 6ft fencing, no rural fencing (mesh or wire) will be accepted.

He has been desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped. He is in foster care in Fullerton Cove, NSW.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family
member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
