Meet Kanu, the ultimate snuggle buddy. He's a gorgeous Champagne coloured, male cat that has mastered the art of relaxation. With Kanu around, every day can feel like a serene Sunday afternoon.

Kanu's personality:
Kanu has a unique ability to fully unwind. He will turn himself upside down in your arms and fully relax, turning from his energetic self to a purring bundle of joy in moments. He adores being held, showcasing a high level of trust that reaffirms the bond between him and his human.
When it comes to playtime, the phrase "soft paw" was invented just for Kanu as he is so gentle when he plays. His polite, considerate approach to interaction makes him a perfect fit for those seeking a calm and gentle feline companion.

One of his favourite pastimes is to stretch out and nap in his hammock. He is pleased as punch to nod off in the sunlight and will spend hours dozing in his favourite lounging spot. It's a sight that's guaranteed to soften your heart and make you smile.

Kanu's story:
Kanu was born in our care at Sweet Pea Animal Rescue. His mum Bella, had been dumped in a cardboard box down Sweet Pea Rd, only 1 week prior to his birth. Kanu is part of a litter of 6 and has grown up around people from day 1, as well as having the company of lots of other cats. He is now ready to find his forever family!

Kanu's adoption fee is $250, which includes all of his veterinary work and contributes towards the care he has received to date.
