About Larry STA012314
Meet Larry, a guy with a quiet and unassuming charm who prefers simplicity above all else. Larry is a quiet achiever. He's one of those exceptional felines who don't need the spotlight for you to notice them. His manner is so peaceful that you can't help but be drawn to his calm aura. Despite his past as a stray, he hasn't let his life's trials affect his loving nature.
Larry is a no-fuss guy who seeks out the simple things in life, valuing comfort and consistency above everything else. He dreams of a warm cozy bed and an endless supply of delicious meals in his food bowl. His ideal home would be a tranquil space where he can relax and relish in a peaceful existence.
Larry just wants a human companion and a place he can call home. His peace-loving personality means that he would not thrive in a noisy, hectic household. Thus, a home without children or canines would be perfect for him. Larry is looking for a loving human who shares his quiet demeanor and is able to offer him a stable environment in which he can finally enjoy his much-deserved peace.
In return, Larry promises to fill your home with a comforting presence that's sure to make your home a sanctuary. If it's serenity and simplicity you seek, Larry might just be the perfect fit for your household.
Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
