About Katerina
Well, hello there! I’m Katerina and I’m so excited to meet you! In fact, I’m so excited I almost can’t stand it!
That is kind of my thing, you see – excitement. Everything is so new and wonderful I don’t quite know what to do with myself!
I’m tolerant of other dogs, but just so curious at first that I sniff and sniff and sniff my little schnoz off! Gosh, all those smells! I mean, how does anyone keep it together?! I do settle after a little while, though, and if you’re happy to keep working with me to be a little calmer, I’m sure to chill in no time.
Something else that fills me with unbridled joy is walkies! And while you’d be forgiven for thinking I might be a bit full-on in this department, I’m actually super well-behaved on lead. (I confess I’m a bit excited to show you how good my manners are, though. Can we go now?)
Oh, and the last thing I’ll add to my list of favourite things? Kids. Oh, they’re just so much fun, so if you have some of those, I’m pumped to come and join your crew.
What do you say? Are you excited to meet me?
Interested?
If you think you'd be interested in meeting me, please complete an application form here https://greyhoundrescue.com.au/apply-now/ so that the volunteers at Greyhound Rescue can get on the case.
Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!
All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
