About Peggy
Introducing Peggy, a sweet-natured Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. With her shiny coat and expressive eyes, Peggy is a beautiful dog who has a heart full of love to offer. At 9 years old, Peggy has grown into a calm and sensible companion, yet she retains a youthful spirit that makes her irresistible.
Peggy embodies all the lovely traits characteristic of her breed. Her gentleness stands out but don’t be fooled by her quiet temperament; she may be on the shy side initially, but she quickly warms up to become a loyal and affectionate friend. Her heartwarming affection will surely give you a sense of joy that will make every day brighter.
Peggy gets along very well with dogs her own size and would cherish the opportunity to share her home with a canine companion. Her mild manner and peaceful demeanor are a perfect match for another friendly pet. Having another dog around not only brings her joy but also helps her come out of her shell more readily, enriching her and her human companion's lives.
Peggy is looking for a loving home where she can share her golden years in comfort and happiness. If you can provide a warm lap for her to snuggle up on, a safe yard for her to explore, and a patient heart that understands she might be a bit nervous at first, Peggy will reward you with undying love and loyalty.
Medical notes
At the time of desexing, Peggy had a dental scale and polish with some extractions. It was also observed that she has a grade 3 heart murmur which is to be monitored.
She otherwise passed her health check

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
