About Bert - 11 Week Old Staffy X (Trial)
Meet Bert, a lovable and adorable little man who is searching for his forever home.
A very social pup, Bert meets many people everyday and greets them warmly and loves to soak up their pats and cuddles.
Bert has a distinct brown and black patch over his eye and a brown spot on his rump, he is a very handsome and healthy puppy who will grow into a delightful family dog.
His brother Ernie is his best friend at the moment and they spend all their time snuggling together then having a wrestle. He would love to be adopted to a home with a friendly dog to show him the ways otherwise we need owners who are home more often than not, to teach and guide him through puppyhood.
Bert needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. You need secure fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
He will grow into a medium sized dog. His parents are American Staffy X and have lovely natures. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
All about Bert:
- Affectionate, loves people
- Playful, tosses his toys around
- Inside dog until fully grown
- Needs commitment to puppy training
- Must be returned to a DRN approved vet at 5/6 months old for desexing
Bert's adoption fee is $700 which includes his desexing when he is old enough. It also includes his first two vaccinations. He has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Bert is in care in Fullerton Cove, NSW. Since he is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. He'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when he's 5 to 6 months old.
