About Squirt
Meet Squirt a super happy almost two year old boy who's brimming with love and youthful energy. He's a fun-loving character filled with joy and enthusiasm. With a tail that never stops wagging, Squirt is all geared up to make countless memories with his new family.
As much as he enjoys cuddling and napping, Squirt is also a very social pup. He's absolutely great with other dogs. Squirt has learnt to display excellent manners around a variety of breeds and aged dogs too, even two 12 year old little fluffies.
Squirt loves to play ball and bring it back to you, he loves water and meeting new 'dog friendly' mates. His playful spirit and friendly demeanour make him a paw-sitive touch to doggy playdates and park visits. Squirt is toilet trained and doesn't tear up his bed. While he hasn't spent much time around cats, his adaptable personality means he could probably be taught to interact with them in no time.
Squirt's sense of adventure is always kept within the confines of his home, as he doesn't jump fences. He's also currently learning to walk on a leash like a gentleman. As time goes on, Squirt would grow into a medium height, making him ideal for families who want a dog that isn't too small nor too large.
Please note that we are open to potential families from Queensland and Victoria. However, you will need to drive your family to meet Squirt. In case Squirt doesn't fit your family for any reason, you will need to assist in rehoming or return him to Sydney.
If Squirt's playful spirit and heartwarming character have caught your attention, please contact us as soon as possible.
Let’s find this sweet boy his new home. Squirt can't wait to start his new life with a family that shares his zest for life and fun. Let's create countless memories filled with joy, laughter, and unconditional love together.

Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
