About Bear
Meet Bear! He just celebrated his first year and a half birthday. This lovely, big boy is looking for a new family to share all his love with. He would love to go to a home together with his sister Shadow if possible.
As a German Shepherd, Bear is both intelligent and energetic. He loves to keep active and enjoys playing with anyone who is up for a game. He is great with both adults and children and can easily become the star of any home with his playful antics and loyal nature.
Bear's gorgeous coat will require regular grooming, but have no fear. He takes his grooming sessions quite calmly, making it as easy as a gentle pet or scratch behind the ears. He loves the care and attention, and it's a great time for bonding with him.
Given his size and the German Shepherd's natural agility, Bear would do best in a home with a 6-foot fence that allows him to roam but also keeps him safely enclosed. He would appreciate a spacious backyard where he can express his playful personality.
If you think you can give our big lovely boy Bear a loving home, make new memories, and have a friend who'll always be excited to see you, then Bear might be the perfect companion for you. He promises paw-fulls of love, loyalty, and lots of fun.

Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

Sat: Open Fortnightly
April 6th- 9am-12pm
April 20th- 9am-12pm
Sun: CLOSED
For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours. Please call us to arrange a time.
