Well what can we say about the amazing Kodar the little Blue Landseal who steals the hearts of all she meets. This little senior has a zest for life that honestly I hope i have in my senior years lol
Kodar is a very affectionate girl who loves going for walks, hanging around her hoomans wherever they may be and saying hello to everyone she meets She is a gentle girl who will spend all day by your side if given the opportunity but also happy to hang out by herself if necessary
Her favorite things include Lazing in a paddle pool on really hot days playing tug of war with her favorite rope toy or “ Staffy Frog Sprawl” at the window watching the going on of the neighborhood
When Kodar arrived she was well …. Exceptimally OBESE and struggled to walk and breath. BUT … after boot camp at AK9 hahaha she is now of supermodel status and can walk till you actually get tired and are begging her to go home ……..
Kodar loves spending time with her foster family. She loves people and likes to be involved in what everyone is doing from watching you cook to having a shower she will be there waiting for you lol
Kodar has enjoyed many various outings to all different places of interest
From Bunnings trips to weekend markets kids playgrounds and weekly outings watching the hooman kids play sports, you take her and she'll love it
Kodar has a few training things in her little Staffy Toolbelt . Sit and Drop are her 2 highlights and she does walk well on lead ignoring other dogs ( polite but doesn't care about them lol ) but wanting to say hi to everyone who stops to pet her . She is definitely a crowd favorite wherever she goes.
Our amazing little Blue lady seems to have no great interest to make a new best buddy K9 friend as although very polite she seems to have no interest in being buddys or even a pen pals l
Kodar however seems to take a shine to glaring at the purring breed species and we feel would definitely give chase if they were in the home . So therefore we think it best she remains an only child.
When being left alone Kadar has a huge enclosed Alfresco area to hang out in where she will just laze around awaiting her hoomands to return She has no issues being left alone

Kodar loves a pamper session in the bath, and kicks back and relaxes while getting pampered.
Kodar loves the luxurious comfort of a cozy soft dog bed, she goes to bed at 8 and will sleep all night until approximately 6.30 in the morning.
Kodar has fantastic indoor manners. She will not bounce all over your furniture and politely keep at ground level in her favourite bed, in saying that don't think you will ever have a shower or go to the toilet without company
Kodar has a great bladder for her age, she has never had an accident inside and will politely alert you at the door when she needs to Tinkle.
Kodars health and wellbeing is absolutely attributed to keeping fit and a daily walk. She is now accustomed to a 2-3 kilometer walk dai;ly and stimulation games in the yard, without doubt this has been the turn around from her arriving as an exhausted overweight walrus to a fit and active energetic/playful Gazelle.
Medical History
Kodar is Fully vaccinated,desexed,wormed and flea treated.
She has full blood work done and the results were good.
Kodar has lost 5 kilos and is now 22 kilos which is a perfect land seal weight.
Kodar had 4 lumps removed that were of no pathology concern.
Kodar is on a supplement called Antinol Rapid which is great for dogs entering maturity to maintain skin and joint health.

Adoption Criteria
The home we are looking for Kodar will need a good size yard with plenty of shade and shelter and grass for her to roll around on and have a good game of tug o'war.
An only dog home as she prefers to be the center of your world.
No cats in the home please
A home with children would be lovely as she adores them but she can jump up initially in excitement when meeting new people so best to have children over 5 who can ask her to sit on the odd occasion this occurs
A home that has a love of the great outdoors life and walking as Kodar as we stated Kodar loves loves loves to get out and about with a daily walk
A home where Kodar will have the indoor outdoor access life she loves and be allowed to be inside when her humans are at home
A home where she is not left by herself for extended hours of the day as she adores her family
